Every Martinez Tool Company tool comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within this 30-day period, with proof of your purchase, and we will refund your purchase price, less shipping, once you’ve returned the tool in like-new condition to us. Custom hammers are given the same guarantee, but are subject to the cost of an installed grip. Once a grip is installed, it must be destroyed in order to be removed. Exchanges and/or returns will be liable for this item if it has been installed.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Every Martinez Tool Company product is warranted, to the original purchaser only, to be free from of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, as shown by proof of purchase.

During the warranty period, subject to certain exceptions, Martinez Tool Company will repair or replace with a new or reconditioned product, depending on availability, any product which, after examination, is determined by Martinez Tool Company to be defective in material or workmanship.

This warranty does not apply to damage that Martinez Tool Company determines to be from accident, misuse, abuse, vandalism, normal wear and tear, neglect, repairs made or attempted by anyone other than Martinez Tool Company authorized representatives, alterations, modifications, or improper or lack of maintenance.

To start a warranty claim, fill out and submit our Warranty Request Form. Your warranty request will be evaluated by our customer service manager and will be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After that we will be in touch with you about approval of your request, handling the shipment of any returned tool, and any other issues related to your warranty request. Be sure to include your RMA # on all correspondence.

BEFORE ANY ACTION WILL BE TAKEN, ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST FIRST BE APPROVED BY MARTINEZ TOOL COMPANY. FAILURE TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY REQUEST FORM WILL LEAD TO DELAY IN, OR DENIAL OF, REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR.
