- Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Martinez Tool Co, their immediate family members, and household members are not eligible to participate.
- Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes starts at 12:01 AM EST on April 26, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on May 3, 2024.
- How to Enter:
- With Purchase: Automatically receive one (1) sweepstakes entry for each order placed on MartinezToolCo.com during the sweepstakes period.
- Without Purchase (Free Entry): Alternatively, you may enter by signing up for Martinez Tool Co’s SMS campaign or email newsletter. To sign up, visit MartinezToolCo.com and follow the instructions to enroll. Limit one (1) entry per person via this method.
- Online (Free Entry): This method of entry will be available by visiting https://manage.kmaillists.com/subscriptions/subscribe?a=WkKz5X&g=XPCdaP and following the directions provided to fill out the entry information and submit.
- Prizes: Thirty (30) winners will each receive a signed M1 hammerhead by Mark Martinez. The approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes is $1,948.50.
- Selection of Winners: Winners will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The drawing will take place on or about the end of the day between the dates of April 26- May 4, 2024. Winners will be notified via SMS or email within five (5) business days of the drawing.
- Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- General Conditions: Participation in this sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. This sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available on the Martinez Tool Co website.
- Disputes: Disputes concerning this sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of California, and shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts in California.
- Winner List: To request the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Martinez Tool Co., W210N12800 Gateway Xing Richfield, WI 53076.
- Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the end of the sweepstakes period.
