30-day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom hammers are given the same guarantee, but are subject to the cost of an installed grip. Once a grip is installed, it must be destroyed in order to be removed. Exchanges and/or returns will be liable for this item. It’s recommended that you order a hammer ‘unassembled’ if you are not certain on the parts best suited to your needs.
Promotional Dollars / Route Cash Back Policy
Promotional dollars earned through Route Cash Back or any other incentive program are not eligible for refund, cash conversion, or transfer under any circumstances.

Once promotional dollars are applied toward a purchase, those funds are considered fully redeemed.

If an item purchased with promotional dollars is returned, the promotional value is forfeited and will not be re-issued.

Refunds, where applicable, will only be made to the original form of payment used for the cash portion of the transaction. Any promotional portion of the purchase will not be refunded, credited, or reinstated.

Promotional dollars carry no cash value and may only be used as specified on martineztools.com.

To start a return request:
- Fill out and submit our Warranty & Return Request Form. Your request will be evaluated by our customer service manager and will be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- After that we will be in touch with you about approval of your request, handling the shipment of any returned tool, and any other issues related to your warranty request.
- Be sure to include your RMA # on all correspondence.
