MTC ORDER & SHIPPING FAQ

Standard hammers, pry bars, apparel & hammer parts ship same or next day, Monday- Friday 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM, PST, subject to very minor parts availability. Orders received outside our operating hours will be processed on the next business day. When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail communication with your tracking information. Please double check your spam/ junk folder.

Some orders may take longer for processing. Like a lot of companies these days, we have experienced delays in our supply chain, and we are working very hard to ensure all of our products remain in stock.

Custom Hammers - Most custom hammer shipments SHOULD ship within 1 business day, subject to limited parts availability. These hammers are 'made to order' and may take between 2- 4 weeks to ship. Your order will remain in our queue, and fulfilled in the order it was received. This includes any custom hammer part; grips and handles.

Martinez Squares - These are in limited supply and if the shopping cart indicates a backorder, it may be several weeks before this item ships. Your order will remain in queue and fulfilled in the order it was received.

All orders are shipped as a complete order, if an order is waiting for a specific part, the order will ship when the part becomes available.

Today’s e-commerce world has created some challenges for us to be able to ensure your shipment arrives safe and sound. In order to protect your purchase, our response to a recent rash of ‘lost’ or ‘stolen’ packages is to offer an alternate location to receive your shipment. At check out, you will be given the option to voluntarily select a ‘HOLD’ location for your shipment. These are business locations, in your neighborhood, that have partnered with FedEx to accept shipments on behalf of our customers during their normal business hours. If your order exceeds a value threshold and you have not selected a hold location at checkout, a team member will reach out to you via e-mail to help determine the best hold location for your order. If no response has been received within 48 hours our shipping department will select the nearest hold location on your behalf.

Please note- As our economy shipping does not ship via FedEx, this option will not be made available if economy shipping has been requested.

All international orders are subject to possible customs fee’s and/ or value added taxes (VAT).  Please consider these additional cost when placing an order directly through our website.

Martinez Tools is able to process payments via Credit Card. The information you enter for your ‘BILLING’ address needs to match the information linked to your payment method. If you continue to have issues in processing a payment, please reach out to your financial institution to ensure you have entered the correct billing information. In cases of failed transactions, buyers banks will often place a temporary hold on the funds. These temporary holds typically are removed in 24-48 hours.

Martinez Tools offers a 30 day money back guarantee for our standard hammers, in like new condition. In the event you need to return or exchange an item, please e-mail info@martineztools.com where you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to return this hammer. This guarantee does not include any shipping cost.

Custom hammers are given the same guarantee, but are subject to the cost of an installed grip. Once a grip is installed, it must be destroyed in order to be removed. Exchanges and/or returns will be liable for this item if it has been installed. It’s recommended that you order a custom hammer ‘unassembled’ if you are not certain as to the exact specifications you will need. This way if only one part of this hammer is incorrect, only that one item will need to be exchanged. Last but not least, if you need any help in selecting the perfect hammer, we are here to help.
